Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates
- Canada: $5.00 CAD flat rate
- United States: $5.00 USD flat rate
- Free shipping on orders of 2 or more items, applied automatically at checkout
Processing time
Every item is printed on demand just for you. Orders are usually produced and shipped within 2 to 7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also follow your order on our Track Order page.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped across borders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country's customs authority. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility. Refused packages are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us at support@outtamind.club within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct it.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local post office, and contact us within 7 days. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package is considered delivered.
