Refund policy

Arrived damaged, defective or wrong? We replace it for free.

If your item arrives badly damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email support@outtamind.club within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. Once confirmed, we send you a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn't available, we refund the item. You don't need to send the damaged item back unless we ask you to.

All other returns (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.)

Request a return by email at support@outtamind.club within 30 days of delivery. Returns sent without an approved request will not be accepted.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Return shipping is at your expense, unless we agree otherwise in a special situation. We recommend a trackable service: we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once your request is opened, it is processed within 20 business days, including inspection once the item is received.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund.
Prefer a different size? Tell us in your request and we will exchange it once the return is received, subject to availability.

Not eligible for return

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
Gift cards and items marked as final sale

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your package never arrived, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages delayed by customs or the carrier, or for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs are at your expense.

Cancellations

Every item is printed on demand. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already have started and the order can no longer be cancelled.
